TruFit’s Boot Camps are an outdoor fitness program designed to shed away fat, develop and tone lean muscle and increase energy. This isn’t your typical group fitness class though. You are motivated by your instructors and fellow campers to push yourself to new limits you never thought were possible. We are a friendly and fun fitness family with all levels of fitness.
